Overhead shoulder stretching(left,Right):8 counts each
Underarm Shoulder Stretching(Left,Right) :8 counts each
Waist Stretch(Left,Right): 8 counts each
Leg pulling(left,Right) :8 counts each
Leg stretching(left,right):8 counts each
Butterfly:8 counts
Models Pose(2 Sides) ;8 counts each
Ankle lifting and setting:8 counts for each foot
Crunches,Sets of 10
Planking;2 sets of 30 seconds each
